Post-Nanyang virtues?
This weekend is filled with outings. Sat i managed to get my laptop upgraded but it's bringing me more problems becos of loss of OS to drivers and etc. And getting some electronic stuff with the help from ed. Promptly after which the sixoneders went to have chilli challenge in this Japanese Ramen Restaurant at Tiong Bahru. U can choose the degree of spicyness for ur Ramen. omg....After that some of us had venezia ice-cream and in the process, we proved a point abt singaporeans. The shop had no customers until we all crowded in front of it and acted like we are queuing. And soon many people started queuing behind and ordering the ice-cream. wat does that say?
Sunday started lazily for me cos 'am trying to get some sleep with the stressful weird dreams i have. Soon after it's time to go for my Nanyang's 4/10 class gathering. It has been 5 years since we have seen each other. yes FIVE years..... and it's interesting to see how much one has changed. We went chinatown's yum cha and the food there pretty good and reasonable!!! We splited up into 2 huge tables of 8-9 ppl each and we were like yelling and shouting at the top of our voices to get ourselves heard. We were juz laughing, teasing, joking and watever u can think of in such gals' outing. People ard us were like staring and looking at us all the time and we really heck care as if we own the place. goodness, no one will believe we were from nanyang... where are all the nanyang manners and virtues on being a virtuous lady that our sch's pledge kept reminding us then. muahaha...
Oh I realised many of the 4/10 ppl are going overseas for sep, or for further studies and many juz came back from overseas like cambridge and going to havard or oxford soon. And 'WWAAH' u will say. But think again... ya la, 4/10 class mah.... it was the best class of our sch's batch... so those gals are our class's top of the top female scholars. Shouldnt be too surprised mah... Maybe I am stuck in the archi world too much where we focus more on hands on, design etc and not on very academic stuff, that's y aint used to hearing abt those stuff again~~
More busy days are yet to come.... cheers to me....

Slaved
2nd last day of day for today but i forsee hell time on last day. Cos since I am leaving, I am suppose to finish a big load of work or warp up bits here and there. I think my last day aka next Monday is going to be terrible, and I think I will be in office til late late late at night. :(
I am starting to pack my table already. Feel abit reluctant and sad... and my colleague beside me made a crying gesture.... awww..... And he gave me a present yesterday~~~ ^^ hmm, i wonder wat shld i buy for my bay's people to give on monday.....
This morning had meeting again... and only when I reach home after work today that I realised I had been wearing earrings on only one ear!!! wah lao.... damn embarrassing and is the first time this happened to me. Must be the late night yesterday that caused me so sleepy, tired, forgetful, blur etc etc. haha...
I said something wrong today.... I called our director a cute name.... which is very insulting and the rest of the people in my team heard me telling it to my fren... and they all gasped at me.... and gave me horrified and shocked look..... darn.... I am really sorry!!!!!!!
I think i never think before I speak for many stuff... is that good or bad? I tink sometimes for some things my tots and expressions are first-come-first-show type esp when i let my guard down... and sometimes some stuff i can control...
The 'timetable' after my intern are days filled with outings, shopping for trip, sch stuff.... and drawing assignments. i am darn tired... i needa BREAK!!!!
I read ppl's blog almost every single day.... and some blogs are talking abt love issues... I juz read it normally and even so, the issues are too mind-bogging or complicated until I have abit of headache and eye-blur.
Someone disturbed my mood while i was working this evening with his usual blatant tactless comments on me again. why do we always have to end off our conversations with unhappiness and making me vomit blood all the time? I am sick of this.
My sis passed her SAP test!! grats to her!!! another qualification ^^ and i bought her her fav orange juice ^^. It feels nice to treat someone or give someone present as reward etc even if it is juz little things ... esp when u know the other person will feel happy, pampered and loved :) And I feel the same when ppl treat me little things, cos it's the love and care that is the meaning of it all.

Anime Club Chalet
I took abt half day off from office to go for this anime chalet that I had missed it last year. But still this is my third time to our yearly chalet, this time again at aloha changi. It's a pity I cant join some of them for ktv in Clarke Quay cos I left office pretty late.
Me and qh reached our chalet at abt 4 plus and it's a gd time to prepare food. And a gd chance to learn some skills! Hence I offered myself to help out. anyway at that time, only me and qh were the only ones free to do this. First, I get to see how one boils water using the water boiler aka boiling flask. simple like hell. Ok next, I helped to sharpen the knife with the stone piece and later qh demostrated how he wanna the pieces of chicken breast to be cut for skewing, followed by the pepper fruits. And guess wat, I INVENTED a new way of removing the core & seeds all together in one go. It was amusing but cool~ *proud*~~ ^^
The later part was juz skewing non-stop until all pepper pieces were finished... Wy, qh and me finished the skewing and the others started the fire. It's a wonderful thing how we anime committee members, club members and non-club members (some not even NUS students) could converse and joke so well together even though we seldom see each other or see each other for the first time. It's juz so enjoyable. And it is more interesting with all the gossiping within the gals grp etc.... We had 2 weird guys during the chalet that ended up the main topic of our gossips. But they really said and did some things that really not to our liking.... hence it's inevitable that our tongues will start wagging against them. One's a stalker of gals he target one by one (and I was one of the victims), and the other is an attention-seeking guy going ard toking to gals and keep talking abt... s*x related issues... They really pissed us off every time again and again. The stalker kept taking photos of the gals, and did some things like trying to touch our hands at seemingly normal situations, and patting on my head or flipping someone's hair, and following a gal ard....
With all these irritating moments aside, it's really fun to see familiar faces coming to chalet that I havent seen for quite some time... mainly becos I am the one that went MIA or not present ard duing meetings and such. And get to chat ard with both seniors and juniors. It's juz so enjoyable ok.
The food's great and I dared myself to try the chicken wings~ yea, u heard me, the normal looking chicken wings~~~ they are pretty good with nice marinating sauce (thanks wy and her mum~). we even had strawerry fondue (correct spelling?) where we dipped pieces of strawberries on the melted baking chocolate. awwww~~~~ we even had a cake, sponsored by wy, specially for the seniors. fabulously sinful and all getting stomachs pretty filled.
It's a pity most of us cant stayover. I remebered my first 2 stayovers for the chalets in yr 1 and 2 respectively. Those were the times when more people stayed back... Now.... so few only... quite sad....
sl, sorry we didnt get to play ur ball~~ next time muz go somewhere else to play!!! right, tired and full now. ja ne!

Weekend's fun + some grumbles abt guys
If i hadnt extended my intern...... i would be jolly well heading for some rest, fun, chill, and preparations for my trip this week but it's gone. This weekend has been quite fun n relaxing, especially we have the "aloha chalet" at wk's place. Before that I went to rebond my hair. bo bian, for the sake of convenience of ONE YEAR, this has to continue. argh... and some interesting stuff happened in the shop....
The shop employed a male helper... and he looked like..... LIN JUN JIE!! but a much more handsome version of him! He is those guy with cool hairstyle and small built size... so to me, it is juz another ah boy. And i think he's pretty unpro... maybe he's still not as experienced as the rest.... He had to help wash my hair... and for the first time i let a guy touch my head etc... argh... However, if he's the pro type i dun mind, but he is like so unskilled and thus sooooo gentle.... if i never see the face and hear the voice, i will think it is a gal doing the washing. Anyway he's worse than a female. Or maybe he is scared to hurt me, a female customer, or maybe this is his "pattern/type" that he is super gentle with me and that he never used much energy in the washing. and I wondered if he did a clean job for my hair.... argh.... den comes the next part... drying up hair... and i am very amused by him. Others will juz simply flip and rummage ur hair while using the hair dryer. and wat he did? he gently rummaged and helped rub my hair down to smooth it. woot.... argh, trying hard not to think that a guy is doing this on me cos i am feeling squirmish and abit disgusted. *"he's a gal, he's a gal, he's a gal!!!!!* <--- julie is trying to psycho herself at that time. i dun mind a gal doing this on me.. but a guy!! it is like he's sayanging my head gently.
Ok, there are more amusing things. After drying is the clamping part.... Maybe he worried that the heat may be too hot for me, and so he blew gently into my hair while pulling the clamps. WOOT! omg.... i am too amazed but luckily i didnt have my goosebumps popping out. *ignore ignore ignore, julie u have to tolerate!!!* And soon he gave up blowing but he pulled my hair damn tight and hard until many strands of hair fell off. Finally I could not stand it as my tears almost came out. I voiced out "erm... excuse me... very pain...." "oh, me ar", he said softly... meanwhile, the lady boss juz laff and said sorry for him i guess.... and so she finished the clamping job herself while the "lin jun jie" stop clamping .He had this slight smile - cool look. *slap forehead* And he went off to prepare the last stage's chemicals....
Now applying chemicals...... and since he's abit unpro, he somehow let a blob of chemicals flew onto my left cheek.... and he said calmly and SOFTLY "oh, so sorry"... "erm, nvm...", I tried to make him feel better after that clamping incident. den he used the towel ard my neck and gently dabbed the chemical blob on my cheeks a few times. I almost wanted to scream and roll my eyes but i controlled and ended up laffing abit. He still maintained his calm cool look with a slight smile. *slap forehead* omg.... If he is those teh teh type or gay type i am ok with it... but he is everything so normal which makes me squirmish. If i am his gf i may be able to accept but..... this is not lor... Finally he had to stick pieces of paper under my hair at sides to let the hair rest... and he did not know how to deal with my fringe... so finally... he 'piak' a big piece of paper on my forehead for my fringe to rest... wah lao... i feel like a zombie. i wanna burst out laffing at myself but i really controlled hard against doing so... And he still maintain that look on his face. kaoz... During the process, i get to see his hands close up. Omg, it is juz like a female's hand which is so lean, smooth and xi4 (in chinese). *haiz...* nvm, i shant think any more.... The worse thing is the radio was releasing one of lin jun jie's songs.....
Finally after the final wash up with more gentle touches from him ( i wanted many times to jump up from my seat due to reflex action of my nerves at my waist but i controlled real hard), the rest was attended by the lady boss while the guy went to buy his dinner.... when he came back and i was done, he kept looking at me with those beady eyes of his and smile that i dunno wat to do except to smile back with my knitted brows. how's that? my expression muz have been very anime.... and den I said " thank you"..... and walked off fast! wah lao........ help!! haha..... wat an experience.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Den I met up with yock and the rest of the guys after their dinner to go for wk's 'chalet'. hoho Minchkins again!! and watching tv admist of the game and during breaks. I bored them with the 'hong fu nu' show until they all made alot of funny comments to entertain themselves .... And more minchkins until me and yock had to go. gab left much earlier. the rest of the guys stayed over. I think they enjoyed themselves with vcds etc. aww~
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sunday is nice with a good sleep and spending my afternoon chatting with frens online. Late evening, I chiong to bugis to buy some stuff from the pasar malam stalls. I promised one stall to come down on weekends to buy the item they helped me to get. haha~ immediately i chiong home via mrt again. damn fast rite. And I learnt that it is not nice to travel via mrt on sundays... cos alot of those erm... foreign (worker?) guys on the train.. almost the whole train... who like to bio at females..... and i was abit uncomfortable with the surroundings. Anyway on the ride back.... i got a seat and the guy next to me dozed off shortly and kept leaning against me. Actually recently I had been getting such incidents of guys falling asleep next to me and leaning against me for support, esp those older taller guys. Juz coincidence ba.... And so I had no choice but to tolerate... and sometimes i will snug abit to shake them up but it doesnt really help.... i was so.... unhappy... this time i tried a different method... i folded my arms and then my nails happened to poke on his arms... At first he woke up and rubbed his arms and see wat was poking him, den went back to sleep by keeping his arms more folded in. So i guess it didnt help.... haiz... I wanted to get up and stand instead but it's pretty crowded to stand up unless i wanna squeeze into the gangs of those erm... guys... and so i sat all the way to my station and was so happy to get off. i realised the best method is to lean forward and the person will wake up since there is no support at his side. ^^
right back to work for the rest of the week!!

I lost my cool...
I lost it for a few minutes.
I was having meeting with the contractors and clients, engineers and electricians etc this morning with my male colleague and sub team leader. I stayed up til midnight plus to get the plans done yesterday and so this morning, we present the set of drawings.
Then the client kept being displeased abt the layout... grumbling at many things. finally they got on to this part of my plan that has a different column profile which is existing on the site. They referred to the original old plans and said it shld be like that. And I am so angry that i juz became abit more stern and said that it is becos the old plan layout has all dimensions wrong, that is why we spent 1 week redoing measurements and changing the whole bloody plans. And I have been giving them sets and sets of the new layout and now they are telling me mine is wrong? I hate it when ppl doubt my work. I hate it when they doubt out capabilities, I hate it when ppl say we are wrong and when we are NOT wrong. So after seeing my black face, everyone was abit taken aback by this 'harmless' looking student who usually smiled and listened to everyone. So my leader stopped me and somehow collected back the atmosphere and move on with other discussions. Ok I know it is wrong of me to be angry with clients or during meeting, it is definitely not professional and wise. And being juz a student or intern, I have no authority and status to do this. I have made a bad reputation of myself i guess. But i learnt a lesson.
Meanwhile one mechanic guy went up to take a look and came down and said mine is correct. The rest juz kept quiet and continued with the watever discussions they are on now. I may have done an unwise thing but ok la, i didnt scream or yell but i juz said very sternly in a lower pitch voice and knitted eyebrows. But the good thing is, after this, some of them began to smile and talk to me. And jokingly told me "I hope you are not going to quit the company after this". So i told them my intern suppose to end next monday. After seeing all this, i can understand why my leader and colleague hope that i can extend my intern for one more week. And yea i did.
I think my colleague have a different judgement of me now... :( He always think i am those nice nice, easy to get along and chit chat person... now he said this is my true character.... I felt sad to hear this.... cos i am usually not like that unless it deals with work. only specific things can make me angry.... And so my leader have a different understanding of me now. Everyone in my team keeps saying i am very fierce.... ~>.<~ Whether they are joking or not, I know i have made a difference in their idea and impression of me... haiz.. is this called "death by 1 mistake"? But if u view it in a better light, they know I aint someone to be pushed around and I am not a 'sick cat'. U get wad i mean?
Since I have extended my stay, my schedule is more cramped than ever. I feel breathless.... help.

61 + Lund gathering
Hey Lav and bren~ thanks for commenting on my blog entries~ i am very happy tat more people are commenting cos I am very worried tat no one will do it becos of the troublesome problem of this blog... thanks gals~~
Haha lav, the ducky is.... given by my sis and I wanna put some use to it, so I let it accompany me at sch.... it will be best if it's a kitty instead. hehe~~ haha bren ar, ur "normally abnormal and abnormally normal" is too cheem for me to figure out~~. Anyway yep, we are abnormal in our own ways as individuals~~~ (ps: I told Mr. boon lay that his cute rabbit looks delicious. :p and he said "ya, can cook rabbit soup"...)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The sixoneders gathered at wk's house today for usual gathering and weimin's bdae~~ Thanks to wm and his "schbus", that I am able to do away with the long trip to woodlands and not being late~ After we settled down, it's minchkins time!! with the specially designed cards done by wk and dl! and making us laff all the way. And the game proceeded with much saboing, helping and "business" trading that it made the game damn fun! yockie won in the end but it's great cos I need to rush to orchard to meet the people going lund. Mei's fudge cake is really nice and I wish i can stay longer to eat more of it hehe~~~
I was abt 1 hr late for the lund meet-up and everyone's at Crystal Jade waiting for me.... They are pretty nice ppl, n we were very comfortable with one another~ and I think the trip may turn up more enjoyable than I expect. :D I think the science guy is very much intrigued by our archi intern stories... i was telling my usual tales of my work so far, with cw adding on comments on how i am not appreciating it in the right light.
After the dinner, we could not decide on wat to do... ling and her bf went off to watch superman and so the three of us walked and talked all the way outside taka before bidding farewell. Nice but short meet up but soon we will meet up again for some discussion next time. Argh, I wish my intern will end earlier...
Right, back to work to finish up my plans for monday.... else all the gangho guys aka contractors etc will come after me. I muz show them woman power!!!! *roar* ^^

Career Woman
Been watching local drama series at channel 8 this holidays, esp. those 7pm and 9pm ones. and I must say that the local productions are really good for the recent years but some people will still believe that local productions are of lower entertainment and creativity value than overseas ones. Well, subjectivity plays a big part and whether one allows oneself to give a chance to appreciate local productions. I am referring to mediacorp productions by the way.
Recently a few drama series have been talking about issues regarding career women. They seem to make a point that a career woman will face family problem due to the lack of time they spend on family and that some in laws do not like their daughters-in-law to work. And mum kept commenting: "there u see, a woman should not be so focus on career mah.... " I was fighting back: "hello, can u have some pride for women? I believe women shld try to be able to juggle with both and compromising them. If everyone thinks like u, there won't be improvement for women in the society!"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I left abt a week plus plus before I end my internship.... and this is when alot of work comes in... why cant they give me earlier? haha, anyway now my work is rather fun though not as large scale as the typical commercial ones our company does most of the time. ok, I am very much involved with St Andrew Cathedral projects. Yea, long-time loan to them. But most of the time are juz paperwork and management stuff and bits of addition. This time, I am involved with their renovation to one part of the main cathedral. We had to work with electricians, contractors, suppliers, clients etc etc..... pretty scary especially when during meeting, all of them are matured experienced, "old" people and I am the only young one ard and being one of the 3 ladies there. The rest of them are all guys.... yea quite expected to see that in this line.... Anyway, many many changes and editing and I am in charge of the planning and drawings and trying to meet the needs and requirements of what those people and teacher wans. headache... been going to the cathedral almost everyday this week and yes, u would see me walking to and fro the city link and being out of office most of the time. Ok, good exercise for people like me who is prone to dozing off during office hours. *sheepish grin*
Last night, I worked til 3am in the office.... luckily my male colleague, who has been helping me with this project, accompanied me. Speaking of my colleague, he is many many many years older than me and is our senior. Yea, from nus architecture and he's attached already of cos. I was juz thinking how fortunate his gf is. Why I say that? Becos after these days of working together with him, I find him very knowledgable, and very efficient person who puts his mind and effort in making sure he does his work at hand well. Even his director and team members in his project praised him. And he even care to rush out work at a given short time. Meanwhile, he's still able to allocate time to accompany his gf, juggling time well. On top of that, he's quite a gentleman who ensure ur safety and all, very helpful and you know you can really count on him if u need help in your work. At least that's what I feel. I am able to survive through this current project all thanks to his assistance.
So I am thinking if next time if I have such reliable bf who also have such confidence (reasonable amount) and potential in his work, at the same time a nice gentleman and caring person, isnt it wonderful? I am sure his gf will feel great sense of security being with him. I really admire this colleague of mine aka senior. And the thing is tt even though he's matured and poised during work, he can be funny and humorous but not in the kiddy way. Both of us could still make funny comments on some issues, witty remarks and chit chat. But I think i am abit childish to him though. So I am saying, he has hard and soft side which is good. I quite respect him, and he has this calm, confident yet gentle aura ard him that does not overpower people. There are some who are bossy when they are too full of themselves or being too confident. For him, he knows when to give and take. Quite a number of people are telling me that they can forsee my bf will be many years, say 4-5 yrs, older than me. I was wondering issit becos I look old? Or is it becos I look like the type that go for matured people.
Together with more meaningful work, now my intern experience is more fun and enriching, learning and hearing from one another. That's shld be the way from the start.... why does this happen when my intern is ending... It's tempting me to extend my internship but I know i cant do that at the peril of my other plans. Still, I am grateful tat at least it makes me feel that my whole intern is not a wasteful trip even if it is juz for a short while.

How much Julie is different from the other people.....
Some minor things that occur like they do everytime, and only today I decided to put some of them down.... Let's stay with something more 'normal':
1. In office, when most ppl are pouring and drinking coffee in the pantry, I am making my milo drink from milo packet.... (i felt like a kid in the old old world)
2. When people spent big bucks in ordering seafood delicacies with lobster, crabs etc, Julie is super contented and happy with her processed food. ( Am i destined not to enjoy such delicacies with my picky tongue n self-psychoing mind?)
3. When most ppl esp gals love soft toys, I dun really like it except for the really few ones that look less cartoonish instead.
okok this is geting boring, let's go to the more extreme one:
1. When I passed by a koi pond today and saw many fat fishes (koi) in there, the first comment that came to mind is : wow, they are full of meat. (heard a cat meowing here?)
2. When I was enjoying the fish tank at my office today, I find the sea anaemone very fluffy looking like.... marshmallow... The rocks like rock sugar with colouring dyes dripped on them, and the little fishes small enuff to pop into my mouth....
gheez...........

Outings (part 2)
ok i havent finish wat I wanna say for the previous post due to my concussion. Anyway, abt yesterday, haha... wk ar, i am not real angry with u k~ poor guy, he got so worried after the gals are 'scolding' him for making me unhappy. no la, i admit i act abit but seriously such things I aint going to be taking it to heart for long. Things that can make me really upset would be stuff related to work, studies, and relations with people. That's abt it. :) haha, so ur matter is really trival. *pat pat* no worries dude~
ok now i wanna comment on office politics. after weeks of working with some ppl, i began to feel abit annoyed. I know such politics are not uncommon to our ears and knowledge but i cant help to talk abt it. For instance, me and one older colleague were working on a design which is later to be checked by someone of higher status (let's call him Mr X)... The two of us came up with a design and we both agreed is pretty workable. The day after, we met up with Mr X to show our stuff. And he said this part here and there have to change to work better etc, and then my colleague suck up to him by saying "ya ya, that's y. I also think so" and then faced me to make her point. In my mind, I was saying to myself "wat the hell, u are also involved in this design. You make me sound like i am the only one doing this." And this colleague did it many times, not juz this once. She kept saying "ya ya i think you are right" to me and Mr X at different times. Arent she so sucking up to higher rank ppl? it's disgusting. I am trying to ignore it as long as it doesnt bite me too much. another time is, when both of us are alone, she was telling me how troublesome this Mr X is and most ppl who worked with him before dun like him. And she sort of badmouthing him and I juz smiled while she laff. Den she pat on me "ooo, we are soo bad, arent we?" I was smiling but i was thinking "wah the hell, why are u dragging me in. You are the one being the bad person, why u drag me in using the word 'we'? hello, i aint involved ok....". And everytime when we all met up, she would be like so nice and friendly to Mr X and said to me that this and that part of the building are so nice that she's so excited to tell Mr X abt it. And she would always follow him at the side and talk so nicely to him abt her excitement. I was keeping quiet all the while. Whatever it is, my conclusion is.... dun think my colleague look so harmless and nice, from her years of judgement and having some status in the office, she's bound to be someone who know how to survive in the office and using politics to help her ard. I cannot let my guard down in case she uses me as her shield and pushes all fault to me. I begin to voice out when people think that some lousy plans are done by me. I am quick to let them know that I did not do it and it's my first time seeing those plans and I am juz taking over. That colleague of mine did not help to defend me when situations like this occur so I muz learn to defend myself. So dangerous.... whew~ So after some time, whenever I voice out, that colleague also learn to say "ya, it's not your fault. dun worry". So u see, if u are alert or smart and know how to protect urself, other ppl will think you are not a silent lamb that could be trifled with, den they will treat u more carefully and not bully you that much. :)
haiz~ politics~
Outings
Right, this will be the first entry after the welcome note for this new blog design. Abit stressed. Cos due to the atmosphere of this blog, i feel abit weird to blog abt useless kiddy stuff that doesnt match with the design. ok la, occasionally will put up useful stuff i hope...
This weekend would be perfect if not for the loads of office work to do over the weekends. Friday had a good time at ktv with qh and liting. I really enjoy being with them~ i know i aint their ex- classmate and we only know each other through qh, but we are rather 'gum' with one another~ thanks for such an enjoyable outing!~ liting's has such sweet voice and qh really enthu in jap songs! haha the best part is when we haf last 20 minutes to sing, we rushed through the 5 pages of songs. we even try singing the cute 超口爱 song!! and three of us stood up to sing and tried to shake and dance with the cartoon pandas. We are so 'high'~~ And they are so nice to wait for me to get on the bus before they leave. Aww so sweet~
As for this saturday, wow sixoneder's gathering with my usual clique! Ed and xh finally back in Singapore!! and so our funny jokes are brought to the highest climax. aww i simply love all of them. none of us change much, still as funny and innocent. Rice Table at International Building has pretty nice Indo food. We all love their ' Sate Ayam'. Darn delicious~~ and yea i mispronouced the word 'sate' and become a laughing issue hehe. ok gtg for now cos i am dozing off...

Launch of V2 - Welcome Note~
Welcome all to the new design of my blog :)
I have revised the structure so as to serve u all better, and also to cater better to my expectations or requirements. I have always wished to have it more customised where i can put up news and advertisements or artworks at occasions. So the whole blog would be more active, everchanging and informative aka entertaining. However of cos it still boils down to how much time this author (me!) can spend on dolling up the blog contents. I will try my best though.
I guess that is the main and new additon/features for this V2 blog (version2). And yes, I have changed the music to a more soothing one. Well, juz a little pity that the infrasture for the blog viewing part (as mentioned in my start up page) where the blog reloads whenever u click for comments, previous posts and archives. After it reloads, u will have to
click the blog entry link again to view the comments, etc. So it seems it reloads the blog contents together with the whole page due to <$BlogURL&> tag in the coding, which is the main cause of this problem. However I can't think of what alternatives to replace it so that my blog part gets refeshed without refreshing the whole blog page. Yup, experts out there please help me on this. I will greatly appreciate your kind help!
Basically I wanna create a more interactive environment between viewers and me by providing me advertisements, links, news etc so I can help u all to publicise in addition to mine. It's my way of thanking u all for using/viewing my blog :)
To end off, I would like to say that I spent some time to decipher and research on codings and underwent yucky major editing and recreating which i tot i never could do it. Hard effort from me, and all for serving u guys better. Do gimme ur support!! ^ ^
So welcome to V2 and do take some time to explore and enjoy the relaxing tune of "Pilgrims" from Voices of Paradise.
(ps: actually i wish my blog can be more 'meditative' in look and feel)

Superman!~
Last week or 2 weeks before, our company booked one entire hall at marina sq GV for superman movie for us~~~ yep the the show is today and of cos we watch for free~ The feeling is rather amazing becos everyone in the cinema are ur colleagues! hehe
the show is not bad, so so, with touching and rather exciting moments~~~ our hearts almost came out, at least for mine. not come out to that extend but more of like "gasped" loudly. Oooh, some parts are damn funny! hhhaaha
I still prefer the first superman actor cos this one has too big eyes and too thick eyebrows to my liking. the gals laffed when I told them i wanna help him pluck eyebrows :)

Abt a week ago I had set up a msn space to put my sweden photos when i went over there. The link is at the bottom of this blog. u can click from there or go from here:
http://hokutsubameko.spaces.msn.com/Right now there's nothing much... only post some old photos and artwork. I think i will still put some photos here still to blog abt it during the sep trip. Anyway, while putting up some artworks, I managed to quickly spend ard 1/2 hour to add in some black and white shading to this particular linework of mine so that it looks more presentable on msn space. It's a quick job, so it aint very refine. Enjoy~ And it is also a gift to u all who have been reading my blog :) thanks peepz~
